I’ve been a patient here since 2018 and continue to be impressed by the kindness and professionalism of every person I’ve encountered. First of all, when you call, you don’t get put in an automated 40-minute queue. Instead, the phone is actually answered promptly by a friendly and helpful receptionist (Katherine is one of them). Staff (Shayla comes to mind) are attentive, compassionate and skilled. The periodontists themselves are not the usual assortment of abrupt, I-don’t-really-have-time-for-you, medical & dental professionals. At PA, the periodontists genuinely seem to care about your comfort, your concerns, and of course, the quality of their work. (Dr. Guzman!) I don’t often write reviews but in my opinion, the PA team is worthy of my kudos and unreserved recommendation.
