I'm new to Tallahassee and found myself in need of an emergency extraction. After being referred to their office by my Attorney, I came in the office in a great deal of pain so much so that I couldn't concentrate while completing my intake forms. Amy, the receptionist saw the state that I was in, took me into an office away from other patients, then proceeded to help me finish my paper work in the kindest fashion. After it's completion and gently ushered me to waiting room and advised me to gather myself in the restroom while they prepared for my procedure. Minutes later Amy brought me to the back where I was introduced to Shayla and Shannon. They were so understanding, kind, personable, and comforting as the read the moment and understood that above all else I needed to be relieved of the pain and in a comfortable state of mind before proceeding with the necessary exams (numbed me, provided a warm blanket, offered humor and smiles). Dr. Colon was amazing as well! He made me feel that everything was under control, that he and his crew were more than capable of meeting my immediate needs, and he explained my options as well as what I should expect very clearly. The extraction was quick and painless. The staff made it easy for me to leave quickly as well as payment taken and post-op instructions were given all while I was in the dentist's chair.
